Our West End portfolio includes four central London locations in the most affluent part of the UK’s capital: Labs House (formerly Bupa House), 90 Holborn, Victoria House, and Hogarth House.

Each property is located in the midst of the popular shopping and entertainment district, attracting over 200m visitors a year.

Together, they form THE HOLBORN CAMPUS —the cornerstone of LabTech’s vision for a rich co-working ecosystem.

Vision

RunTech and SmartGreen (LabTech group companies) play a significant part in LabTech’s asset management by providing innovative IT and infrastructure systems, IoT (Internet of Things) integration, omnichannel shopping, and cost-saving property mechanical management.

Labs House

Where traditional urban features meet contemporary design

Labs House (formerly Bupa House) sits on an island: flanked by Bury Place to the west, Bloomsbury Way to the east and Barter Street to the south.

Contemporarily designed office and co-working spaces radiate from a galleried structure that still retains the urban characteristics of the original building.

90 Holborn

7-floors of prime office and retail space in one of Holborn’s most distinctive buildings

This property is widely regarded to be one of the best quality buildings in the area.

Developed in 2002 and situated in a prominent position on High Holborn, 90 Holborn has retail and office space on the ground floor, with further open plan meeting, office and event space in the remaining 6-floors.

The dramatic glass frontage and design-led structure is home to more than 3,500 people.

Victoria House

Imposing Grade II-listed neoclassical building

Victoria House is situated on Bloomsbury Square in Holborn, London.

Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society commisioned the property in the 1920s and occupied the site for many decades.

Victoria House was extensively remodelled in 2003 to create a retail, office and leisure space, including an original art deco ballroom.

Lying immediately to the north of the main estate adjacent to Bloomsbury Square, Bloomsbury Place, Southampton Row and Vernon Place, this striking property is home to the Bloomsbury Ballroom function venue.

Hogarth House

7-floors of retail, office and event space

Located at 133-136 High Holborn, Hogarth House is the first site purchased by LabTech to bear the LABS space as a service brand.

The property boasts seven floors of beautifully-designed interiors and architectural features providing a variety of workspaces, event space, and meeting rooms.
